ClarityVerse.tech provides AI-powered lead generation and marketing automation services. Our platform helps businesses identify, qualify, and engage with potential customers through advanced machine learning algorithms and multi-channel campaign management.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of our Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. Payment Terms

Our pricing is based on a pay-per-qualified-lead model. You will only be charged for leads that respond to your campaigns with meaningful engagement. Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.

5. Data Usage and Privacy

We collect and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Service, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ClarityVerse.tech and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

8. Lead Quality and Guarantees

We strive to provide high-quality leads through our AI qualification process. While we maintain a 94% accuracy rate in lead scoring, we cannot guarantee specific conversion rates or business outcomes from the leads provided.

9. Service Availability

We aim to provide 99.9% uptime for our Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance when possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ClarityVerse.tech, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Texas.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
